 About Us Abeela Haq,MA, LMHC (MH10393) Abeela Haq is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida. She received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Health Psychology. She is a trained Family Therapist and a support group facilitator for Living Well With Lupus, a free community lupus support group. Abeela has over eight years of experience in the mental health field working with diverse populations, including high risk teens,individuals/families, geriatrics, and terminally ill. She specializes in holistic, integrated behavioral health psychology. Abeela takes an active, involved role in facilitating reflection, understanding, and creating positive feelings whilst providing you with practical tools, tangible resources, and meaningful new experiences. Abeela works with adjustment to life changes, adolescent issues, anger, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, caregiver stress, grief/loss, family issues, personal growth, relationship issues, relaxation training, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma,and women's issues. Abeela's counseling service is open to all cultures, religions, and belief systems. She is bilingual and speak Urdu and Hindi. Tracy Ramos, MA, LMHC (MH9810) Tracy Ramos is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida and received his Masters in mental health counseling from Webster University. He did his clinical internship at a local drug counseling agency and Hospice. Tracy has been trained in client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, functional family therapy and solution focused therapy. Tracy provides a warm, safe and caring environment for you to express your thoughts and feelings. His goal is for you to become independent, functional and have a clear understanding of how you are feeling so that you can be empowered to find the strength you already have in yourself. Tracy works with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment issues, substance abuse, relationships, men issues and GLBT issues.
Our practice is based on the belief that clients needs are of the utmost importance, whereby we adhere to all ethical guidelines indicated by the American Counseling Association and American Psychological Association.
